17U UA Rise Helps Lead UH Elite to 14-6 Record in Utah

Five UH Elite teams traveled to Lehi, Utah for Under Armour’s inaugural “The Open” invitational April 13-14. The 17U UA Rise team finished 3-1 on the weekend with wins over Seattle Select UA Rise (69-62), Idaho Premier Maroon (71-44), and Idaho Premier Rodriguez (71-61). 2027 UA Rise also went 3-1 on the weekend, with wins over TMA UA Rise (57-53), Hooptown Elite Blue (51-48), and SCSB 5 Star Global (55-40). After dropping their first two games of the weekend, 16U UA Rise bounced back on Sunday with wins over Hooptown Elite White (64-61) and Idaho Premier Marso (80-76). On the youth side, 2028 Ignite went 3-1 on the weekend with wins over Idaho Premier Hunter (61-52), ITZ Blazers (60-46), and Salt City Hustle (59-52). 2029 Ignite also went 3-1 on the weekend, defeating Beat the Odds Elite (61-27), Mountain Stars (60-45), and CB Elite (78-45).
