WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

  • The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc…

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

DO WE USE COOKIES?

We use Google Analytics, which requires the use of cookies, to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its functionality and content.You can choose to disable cookies on your browser to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your information. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.

TRAVEL POLICY/COMMITMENT

Select teams within UH Elite will travel throughout the nation. When joining one of our travel teams parents will be asked for firm commitments to maintain an expected level of competitiveness on the road and parents and players are expected to follow through on their commitment. Families will be subject to a travel fee per traveling player for each travel tournament to cover additional coaching costs (lodging, travel, food, etc.). These fees will be charged separately and by accepting an invitation and subscribing to a membership with UH Elite the club will be authorized to charge the travel fee immediately before or anytime after the travel weekend has been completed. It is the right of UH Elite to revoke participation of any team in any travel event if we deem the team not capable of competing for any reason, including lack of committed families to travel leading up to the event. UH Elite will not be held responsible for lost travel funds due to the removal of a team from a tournament resulting from the lack of commitment from that team provided the event was scheduled and agreed upon by a majority of the team at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the first scheduled day of the event. 

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payments for UH Elite membership are only accepted electronically (no cash) through our official UH Elite Stripe account. By accepting a roster spot on any UH Elite team you agree to create your online account through the portal we provide to you and keep your card up-to-date on file for payments. Unless arranged specifically with Club Director Kyli Crooms, payments will be automatically deducted on the 10th of each month and by accepting a roster spot and registering your account you authorize UH Elite to process monthly membership, gear package, and travel fee payments as set forth by UH Elite. Any special requests/accommodations for payments must be arranged directly with Club Director Kyli Crooms.

REFUND POLICY

Families have five (5) business days following roster acceptance and initial payment to be removed from the program and request a refund. Refunds will not be granted five (5) business days after any payment has been made.
